About Us
Out West Automotive derives its name from the location and the work we do. We are West of the main road coming into New Plymouth from the South, in the beautiful suburb of Vogeltown. And, we are in the automotive business servicing and fixing automobiles.
The team that does the work is under the Management of Justin (far right) who happens to be the owner as well. He has owned Out West Automotive since 2012. He has been in the Automotive trade since 1994 as a panel beater then a mechanic, then an automotive dismantler with a particular focus on parts. If there is a part needed for the job at Out West Automotive, Justin knows where to source it from, a great asset in the diverse world of car makes and models.
Tom, on the left has been with Out West Automotive for three years. He gained his qualification as a mechanic about 11 years ago. Tom is the main man for mechanical repairs, with his qualification and experiences he is a trusted member of the team
Aaron standing in the middle has been hanging out at the workshop since he was 14, worked a time for a tyre repair company and now puts his capable hand to most anything that is required to be worked on in the workshop.
